After scanning, the system decides when to accept inventory data.

This is configured before inventory starts.

Possible behaviors:

1) Full Inventory Only

• Inventory is accepted only when the entire scope is scanned
• Highest control
• Used in audits and regulated environments

2) By Building

• Accepted after each building is fully scanned
• Balanced control and flexibility

3) By Floor

• Accepted after each floor
• Operationally flexible

4) Accept All Inventory

• Data accepted immediately
• Fastest, least strict

How to explain this safely

“This protects data quality — you choose strict control or operational speed.”

Never say:

“Just accept everything, it’s easier.”
