2.1 The Wrong Role
Wrong mindset:
- “Let me show you everything”
- “I must impress them”
- “I should explain every screen”
This creates:
- Cognitive overload
- Passive customers
- Weak engagement
2.2 The Correct Role
Correct mindset:
- “Let me show you what matters”
- “Let me connect this to your reality”
- “Let me stop when value is clear”
You are guiding the customer through their problem, not through your system.
